205 indicates the section width of tyre in millimeters
65 is tyres aspect ratio which is its “height” from bottom of tread and rim.The number represent the percentage of tyre tread with. For example the height of tyre is 65% of its with Aspect ratio
This number tells you the height of the tire, from the bead to the top of the tread. This is described as a percentage of the tire width.
High performance tires usually have a lower aspect ratio than other tires. This is because tires with a lower aspect ratio provide better lateral stability. When a car goes around a turn lateral forces are generated and the tire must resist these forces. Tires with a lower profile have shorter, stiffer sidewalls so they resist cornering forces better.
Therefore low aspect ratio means more width than height .
R means that tyre has radial type construction, meaning the way it has been constructed (i.e radial,normal),Now days most of the tyre is constructed in radial form so you will rarely find a tyre without R written on it !!
15 indicates the diameter of wheel rim; The measurement of this size is in INCHES
94V indicates the maximum load and speed capacity on which tyres can safely operated
